DAY: 1
Zagora ❯ M'hamid❯ Holy Oasis ❯ Erg Chigaga
The start will be around 10 am from Zagora. We will stop to see the different villages like Tamegroute. Well known since centuries as the place of the religion heart and culture Islamic, we will visit the Koran library, the town underground and manufacture of green pottery as a particular color. Continue our trip to arrive at late morning in M’hamid. Lunch will be in a Berber Bivouac. After that, we will pass through the sand sea to the big dunes of Erg Chegaga, located about 65 km from M’hamid. We will arrive to our camp shortly before the evening to admire the magnificent sunset looming on the big sand dunes.
DAY: 2
Erg Chigaga ❯ Oued Naam ❯ Tamgroute ❯ Zagora
After an unforgettable sunrise with the morning breeze, the breakfast will be served in the open air in the bivouac. we will leave Chegaga toward Zagora, taking the direction of the last village in Draa Valley by another off-road. On our way back we will make a stop to visit the Koranic library in Tamagroute Arrival at Zagora is around 12:30 am.
